Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SLICE website at getslice.fun, its application programming interfaces and related software (together, the “Interface”). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the contributors who operate the Interface. “You” means any person who accesses or uses the Interface.
By accessing or using the Interface you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

01What the Interface does
SLICE is software that lets anyone launch a token on pump.fun, or register an existing pump.fun token, so that the token's creator fees are routed on-chain to the SLICE fee treasury and then split between up to 6 named recipients — X accounts, GitHub accounts, Solana wallets or verified charities.
Collected creator fees are recorded in an internal ledger: 80% is credited to the recipients according to the percentages chosen at launch, and 20% is used by the protocol, primarily to buy back and burn $SLICE. Recipients withdraw their balances in SOL to a Solana wallet of their choice.
We do not issue, create, sell, promote or trade any token launched through the Interface. Tokens are created by their deployers directly on third-party protocols. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian of your wallet, investment adviser or financial institution.
02Eligibility
You may only use the Interface if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract;
- you are not a resident of, located in, or organised under the laws of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not a person or entity on any sanctions list;
- your use of the Interface does not violate any law or regulation that applies to you;
- you are not using the Interface on behalf of someone who does not meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Interface is lawful where you are. We may block access from any location at our discretion.
03Wallets and transactions
The Interface is accessed with a self-custodial wallet you control. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover them. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and for every transaction you sign.
Blockchain transactions are public, permanent and irreversible. Before signing, the Interface shows a simulation and an estimate of costs, but network fees, rent, slippage and final outcomes are determined by the blockchain and third-party programs, not by us.
04Launching and registering tokens
When you launch or register a token through the Interface, you confirm and agree that:
- fee routing is permanent. 100% of the token's creator fees are directed to the SLICE treasury through pump.fun's fee sharing configuration, which becomes locked. Neither you nor we can undo it;
- the recipient split you enter is final, is recorded in our ledger and is published in the token description as a public proof line;
- you have all rights to the token name, ticker, image and description, and they do not infringe anyone's rights or impersonate any person, brand or organisation;
- naming a person or account as a recipient does not mean that person created, supports or is affiliated with the token. Only a recipient's own “Endorse” action, shown as an Endorsed badge, indicates their support;
- you are the creator or fee-sharing admin of any token you register, and the split message you sign is authored by you;
- any initial buy is a purchase you make on pump.fun at your own risk; the SOL goes into the bonding curve, not to us.
05Recipients, balances and withdrawals
- Balances are credited to the identity behind a recipient — the X or GitHub account ID, not just the username — or to the wallet or charity address named at launch. You may only claim balances that belong to an account you own and control.
- Withdrawals require signing in with the recipient account and signing a message with the destination wallet. The minimum withdrawal is 0.01 SOL and only one withdrawal can be in progress at a time. Automatic payouts, if you enable them, follow the same rules.
- Wallet and charity recipients are paid automatically once their balance passes the payout threshold.
- Balances accumulate until withdrawn. We may introduce an expiry for unclaimed balances in the future; we will announce any such change in advance and it will not apply retroactively to amounts already credited.
- Amounts are calculated from the SOL actually received on-chain, in whole lamports, according to the rules in our documentation. Ledger entries are final unless they result from an obvious error, which we may correct.
- Recipients are responsible for any taxes on the amounts they receive.
06Stopping payments (opt-out)
Any named recipient may stop payments at any time from the Claim page, or by contacting us from the named account. After opting out, the recipient is hidden from the Interface, new fee shares are redirected half to the protocol and half to the $SLICE buyback, and any existing balance remains withdrawable for 30 days, after which it is redirected in the same way.
07Referral program
If a token is launched after a visit through your referral link, you receive 25% of the protocol's 20% share of that token's creator fees — 5% of all its creator fees — for as long as the token generates fees. Recipients' shares are never reduced by referrals.
- Referral codes are X handles. Attribution uses a first-party cookie valid for 30 days; the first referral wins.
- You cannot earn referral rewards on a token where you are also a named recipient.
- Self-referral schemes, fake or automated launches, spam, misleading promotion and any other abuse void the referral and may lead to the forfeiture of referral balances.
- We may change or end the referral program for future launches at any time.
08Featured tokens
Tokens that pass a market capitalisation of $20,000 may be featured on our X account and marked as featured in the Interface. Featuring is entirely at our discretion, may be declined or withdrawn for any reason, and is informational only — it is not an endorsement, a recommendation or investment advice.
09Protocol fees and buyback
The protocol's share of creator fees is used to buy back and burn $SLICE and to fund the operation of the Interface. The buyback is an automated mechanism, not a promise of price support, value or returns. Protocol fees, network fees and amounts sent to recipients are non-refundable.
10Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Interface to:
- impersonate any person, brand or organisation, or suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist;
- launch tokens that infringe intellectual property, contain illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content involving minors, or promote violence;
- engage in fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes or rug pulls;
- launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions;
- claim or attempt to claim balances belonging to someone else, or take over accounts;
- attack, overload, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer for exploitation, or bypass security or rate limits of the Interface;
- violate the terms of pump.fun, X, GitHub or any other third-party service.
We may hide tokens or profiles, refuse or delay withdrawals under review, place accounts on a do-not-pay list, or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law are being broken.
11Suspension and changes to the Interface
We may modify, pause or discontinue any part of the Interface at any time, including temporarily pausing withdrawals for security reasons. The Interface depends on third-party blockchains and services and may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly. We are not obliged to support any specific token, venue or feature.
12Third-party services
The Interface interacts with independent third parties, including the Solana network, pump.fun and PumpSwap, Jupiter, X, GitHub, IPFS pinning services and RPC providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, fees, security, content or terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
13Intellectual property
The SLICE name, logo, design and software of the Interface are ours or our licensors'. You may not use them in a way that suggests affiliation without permission. Token content remains the responsibility of whoever launched the token; by launching you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in the Interface and in promotional materials such as share cards and featured posts.
14Disclaimer of warranties
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data or uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. You use the Interface at your own risk.
15Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, digital assets, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Interface, blockchain networks, third-party services or tokens launched through the Interface. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the protocol fees we received in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
16Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our contributors from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Interface, the tokens and content you launch, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
17Disputes
Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Interface after changes take effect means you accept them. Material changes affecting balances already credited to you will not apply retroactively.
